The program takes place over a course of a year, in three phases — Solo, Duet, Trio. Nine artists are selected to begin the program: Or Saadi, Ariel Freedman, Miso Samara, Gil Elgrabli, Avshalom Latucha, Grisha Lev, Reches Itzhaki, Ophir Kunesch, Noam Ben Israel.

1|2|3 serves as an incubator for the next generation of local creators, supporting the participants in identifying and defining their artistic voice, and developing compositional tools and artistic language. The program was established with the assistance of the Lottery Council for Culture and Arts.
